مواي تاي الدوره السابعه لفن الاشتباك في بيروت

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
اخوتي الاعزاء ارسل اليكم الدعوه المفتوحه لفن الاشتباك والمقامه في لبنان الشوف منطقة جبال نيحه وباشراف الكراند ماستر سامي قبلاوي وعدد من خبراءفن تسلق الجبال وحماية الشخصيات
‎Our upcoming event will be on the 17th and 18th of April 2010.
The 7th Eshtibak Training camp will be in the most beautifull area in mount lebanon NIHA alshouf beside the lebanese, friends will join us from Jordan,Iraq,Cyprus,south africa.
As usual the Training will contain,standing and ground fighting,with Jujitsu expert ,using and dissarming the knife and pistol and stick with Militry expert and Kali Master,not to forget the Rappel.
This camp is open for Civillans and millitry people(males and females) along with some Diiplomatic Guests and VIP persons.
soon all INFO will be released.



Update 7/4/2010:
Each participant must bring:
1- sleeping bag
2- jacket or night sweater
3- military training trousers and two training t-shirts
4- military boots or sports training shoes
and all other stuff required for 1night/2days outdoors.

Program:
Saturday:
10:00 - Departure from Eshtibak Institute
11:30 - Arrival to Destination, Niha
13:00 - Lunch
15:00 - 1st training session (stand fight and disarming pistol - Military and police expertise)
17:00 - 2nd training session (using and disarming knife and sticks - Kali)
20:30 - Dinner
22:00 - Night Marching
00:00 - Sleeping (All must go to bed)

Sunday:
05:30 - early morning light jogging and morning exercise
08:30 - Breakfast
10:00 - 3rd training session (Ground fighting - Jujitsu)
13:00 - Lunch
15:00 - 4th training session ( General revision for the 1st, 2nd, &3rd sessions)
18:00 - Certificate ceremony
18:30 - Departure to Beirut

Fees: 100$/person, including 1 eshtibak t-shirt and certificate...‎
