3) JUDGES AND REFEREES

Those who are Interested in participating as judges and referees should be informed, that they are going to attend a seminar.

All Delegations are obligated to bring at least one (1) Judge or referee, except the promoter which is obligate to provide (5) Judges or referees.



4) TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION

a) Every athlete must have in possession the official ISDO Athletes Passport. The athlete’s passport cost 25 Euro while renewing it cost 15 Euro.

The athlete’s passport must have a photo; otherwise the athlete cannot pass the weight control.

b) Each Team should bring along their National Anthem in a CD

c) Each fighter is obligated to prove the nationality and Age, by providing the Travel Passport or any other official document.

d) All Teams that wish to participate shall send the Participation Statement which has been send with this Invitation, to WFKA & ISDO Headquarters in Greece & Lebanon by e-mails; isdo@isdo-world.com & info@kowatalrami.org or by fax +30 2310 402360, +30 2310 433503 until the 8th of November.

Please be sure you mention the exact weight and age of each fighter.

e) Only divisions which include at least 3 different countries are considered as Official Divisions in Intercontinental Championships. In case the above criteria do not meet, these divisions will not count as a Intercontinental Championship Result but as an Open Tournament Result. Different Medals will be provided to these athletes.

f) Participation Fee: 40 Euro per Style.



6) TRANSPORTATION

Buses will be provided from airport to hotel and vice versa. Please contact us for prices and details. Distance from the airport to hotel is 15 minutes.

THE PROMOTER HAS SIGNED CONTRACT AND HAS ALREADY PAID THE ACCOMMODATION FOR ALL THE TEAMS SO FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION, DEAL ONLY WITH THE PROMOTER. TEAMS THAT WILL NOT RESPECT THIS RULE AND BOOK IN OTHER HOTELS BY THEIR OWN WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

8th of December, Wednesday:

Registration, weight in control, medical examinations

9th of December, Thursday:

Seminars for judges and referees, program reviewing by coaches, opening ceremony, teams’ parade

10th of December, Friday:

First day of preliminary Fights

11th of December, Saturday:

Second day of preliminary Fights

12th of December, Sunday:

Final fights

13th of December, Monday:

Departures of the teams



P.S. Jointly with the European Championship will take place the Intercontinental as well (countries from all five continents are eligible to participate) European countries are able to participate in both championships.
